Ginger and Carrot Juice

Hey scholars!

This spring has been wreaking havoc on my sinuses and allergies. In an effort to not pop an antihistamine and combat these issues naturally, I decided to juice. So, I raided my shelves and refrigerator and here is what I came up with.

Ingredients:

2 bags carrots
1 big piece of ginger
5 granny smith apples
2 cups coconut water 

Run everything through the juicer. Strain and pour.
