Kitchen Sink Juice

Hey scholars!

At the end of each week or the beginning of a new one (Sundays), I juice what is left of my produce stash. Many times, I end up with ingredients for a specific juice, this week, I juiced what I had. There is no produce wasting in this house!! I call these juices, kitchen sink juices, because I am throwing everything in the juicer from the fridge and the wire shelves to get rid of what's left and make room for fresh produce for the week. Here is this week's juice.


46 oz can pineapple juice
16 oz coconut water
1 lemon
3 kiwis
1 fresh pineapple 
2 green apples 
6 tangelos 


Juice the tangelos and lemon and strain into big glass bowl.

Cut up the kiwi, pineapple, and apples, and run them through the juicer, strain, and pour into glass bowl. 

Pour the coconut water and pineapple juice into the glass bowl.

Stir the mixture. 

Pour the juice into glass jars.
